The Visser-Jones project asked me to create a space to accommodate a style that is modern with a bit of funk. The residents prefer clean lines and are passionate about their impact on the environment. We were to design while keeping the original oak floors. I also had to make wall space to display their vast collection of vinyl records. I used royal blue and natural materials to bring the space a funky tribal feel, while bringing in fun patterns  and interesting furniture.  The clients brought in a few pieces of their own furniture, which paired nicely with the new furniture choices.
